Deal is first in Nashville for Florida real estate investor Frank Hessel

A general partnership that includes a Florida-based investor has paid $5.8 million for the Freedom Center office building on Rosa L. Parks Boulevard and the adjacent parking lot.

The acquisition is the first in Nashville for Frank Hessel, who has more than 30 years of real estate development experience in South Florida.

“We look forward to the continued management of the space and the anticipated growth in that part of downtown Nashville,” said his son, Nashville immigration lawyer Brent Hessel.

Brent Hessel is a general partner of Freedom Center GP, which bought the property at 223 Rosa L. Parks Blvd.
